CONVENTIONS & MEETINGS

The William Lea Room can set-up our facilities to accommodate conventions, meetings, seminars and presentations for 50-300 guests.

Projection Screen

Portable Stage

We welcome outside catering to arrange for luncheon meetings.  The William Lea Room has full kitchen facilities and dishware and linen are available upon request.

For light refreshments the William Lea Room can provide upon request coffee and tea.

We are conveniently located near Bayview Avenue and the Don Valley Parkway, and are close to major hotels - perfect for hosting out-of-town guests.  Wheel chair accessible, air-conditioning and TTC accessible.  For TTC schedules please visit their website at www3.ttc.ca  look for Leaside Bus Routes; 56 Leaside or 88  South Leaside.
